tax rebate
VALUE
The tax rebate amounts to 30% of the eligible pre-tax expenditures (or 40%, if the French VFX expenses are more than €2M)
• The tax rebate is capped at €30 million per project
• Eligible expenditures are taken into account at up to 80% of the total budget
ACESSING FRENCH TRIP
The TRIP is available for companies that:
• are subject to corporate income tax in France.
• act as the production services company for the sequences filmed or made in France.
The company can thus be specialized in servicing, or be a regular production company or an animation / visual effects studio, a subsidiary of the non-French producer, a SPV, etc. A list of French active PSC can be obtained from Film France (http://www.filmfrance.net).
Only live-action fiction films are eligible.
A minimum of €250K ($300K) must be spent on French qualifying expenditures to get 30% tax rebate.
Projects including more than €2M of VFX, may be eligible for a 40% Tax Rebate on all eligible expenses.

Situated on the periphery of Paris, we welcome you in a spacious yet cosy studio ready with all the equipment necessary for work, but also comfort. It includes a large studio for shooting with complete equipment, meeting rooms and a full kitchen. You’ll love the coffee machine, we swear. Our office also sports state of the art computers for the most demanding projects in well lit and airy rooms.
